Your contract to purchase any of our products becomes a binding contract only when you have received our confirmation of both your order and your payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.
All purchases are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Our prices are inclusive of GST applied at the current rate and exclude all foreign taxes. All prices (including delivery and other charges) are subject to change.
Returns are governed on a case by case basis – contact us and we will find a solution.
If a scheduled delivery does not arrive, please email us as soon as possible. Please be aware we do not accept responsibility for any lost orders as a result of a third party’s negligence.
All credit card payments are handled by third party payment providers – PayPal and Stripe – we do not have access to any of the credit card details.
